What is an MGDC?
I have recently become an MGDC. That means I have been accepted as a professional member of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada.
The GDC is a national certified body of graphic designers promoting high standards of visual design and ethical business practices.
Some of the requirements of becoming an MGDC are:
- at least seven years of combined graphic design education & experience
- pass a portfolio review
- follow the GDC’s Code of Ethics
